Yes — as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Email support@powerscale.us with your order number as soon as possible and we’ll cancel and refund in full. Once an order has shipped, use the normal 30-day return process instead.

We ship within the United States, and every order ships free — no minimum. We don’t currently ship internationally.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You have 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Email support@powerscale.us with your order number and we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return, and you’ll get an email confirmation when it’s processed.

Every product includes a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship — and registering your product at our Extend Warranty page extends your coverage. Claims are handled directly by our US support team.

Yes, used correctly: ozone treatment is for unoccupied spaces only. Every Powerscale unit has a timer with auto-shutoff — set it, leave the space, and air out before re-entry. Our generators are EPA registered (Est. No. 103861-CHN-1). See the ozone safety guide.
