FAQs

A Commercial Ozone Generator produces high concentrations of Ozone (O3) gas, a powerful oxidant that neutralizes odors and eliminates mold, mildew, bacteria, and viruses by breaking down their structures. It's used for shock treatment in unoccupied areas.

They are commonly used for professional odor removal and sanitization in property rentals (smoke, pet odors), vehicles, water/fire damage restoration (mold/mildew), commercial spaces (hotel rooms, offices), and for deep sanitization.

The output (mg/h) indicates purification power. Lower mg/h (e.g., 60,000-90,000) is for smaller spaces or vehicles. Higher mg/h (e.g., 100,000-250,000) is for large, severely contaminated areas or faster, deeper treatments. Always match the generator's rated coverage to your space.

No. High-output Ozone Generators must never be operated in rooms with humans, pets, or plants. Ozone (O3) is a lung irritant. After treatment, you must wait 30 minutes to a few hours for the ozone to dissipate back into stable oxygen before re-entering the area.

Minimal maintenance is required. Periodically inspect and clean the ozone plate (ceramic chip) to remove dust and debris. The ozone plate is a replaceable part and may need replacement every few thousand operating hours to maintain maximum ozone output.
